Big Step Films is a Devon based film company started by Jonathan Warren who graduated from Falmouth University with a Masters Degree in Television Production in 2012.
During and following studying for his MA, Jonathan worked on television programs for the BBC, Sky, Channel 5 as well as doing some freelance work of his own for Montane, Marcus Bean and the National Maritime Museum. In 2012 he was lucky enough to work with writer and director John Dower on 'A Year in Yellow' about Bradley Wiggins Tour de France.
Now working as an Arboriculturalist, having come from this science based background, Jonathan wants to combine his passion for film making with his need for adventure, the natural world and history. He is especially passionate about the inherent interconnection between people and the natural world
promoting the benefits of being in and how important it is for people to be amongst it.
Big Step Films aims to tell visually and mentally stimulating stories for the mind and soul.
